Manifestation

To meet the regulations as set out in document M. Manifestation if using broken lines i.e. dots, squares etc, needs to be a minimum 50mm high repeated throughout the panel. Logos can also be used providing they are at least 150mm high.

We can supply suitable manifestation in a range of coloured vinyl.

We can also supply and install a range of 'shatter resistant' safety film, this film effectively transforms ordinary annealed glass into a safety glass, which can protect children/customers and staff from the dangers associated with shards of glass. This film meets Health & Safety regulations and can be used to bring areas defined as 'critical locations' up to an acceptable safety standard.

Window film has many uses. It can be used just as decoration or to comply with the manifestation requirements of Document M, or to reduce Solar gain and glare. It is also a cheaper alternative to replacement glazing when trying to meet the requirements of Document 'N' for Safety Glazing in 'critical locations'.

Window film can also be supplied and fitted that will reduce or illuminate the effects of solar UV rays which can cause stock within a shop window or furniture in the home to fade.

Safety Film.

We can supply and/or professionally install a wide range of safety window film to meet the stringent testing of BS 6206 Class B.

This type of window film has a number of suitable applications from making the home safe to bringing large areas of glazing up to a safe standard in Schools and Offices. This product can also be supplied in a variety of different shades.

Glass Safety Films protect people by holding broken glass in place, thus reducing the injuries that would otherwise happen. When applied to glass, this safety film ensures the glass complies also with the higher standard of BS EN 12600.

Reflective Mirror Films.

We carry as stock two types of 'one way' window film, silver and gold, which are the main two colours we use.

There are however many other colours which can be manufactured to order. This film is very useful in providing one way privacy (under the correct lighting conditions. This film is often used to create observation areas in a discreet manor.

Opaque Acid Etched Films.

Stocked in a matt white finish which offers privacy along with a look of elegance compared to other options available - for instance obscured glazing. Suitable uses for this product are from doors to communal areas in toilet blocks or glass screens between offices together with a variety of other applications.

Temporary Repair Film.

This film can be supplied in a variety of widths with 'Danger' signage to make any glass panel safe until glass replacement can be undertaken.

This we feel is a must stock item for Schools, College's Hospital's along with any/all public buildings. Our Securafix Temporary Repair Film offers security along with allowing unrestricted viewing even though the glass is broken.

We offer quantity discounts on 10 rolls and over - the stocking of this product also reduces the need for Emergency boarding of internal panes, thus reducing long term costs, which in today's economic climate is an essential requirement for any cost conscious Company or individual

This is a 'low tack' adhesive film which when removed leaves hardly any residue.
